Optima Networks is aware that brand-new products with an original out-of-the-scope vision are not always easily accepted in the market, and therefore provides a differentiated pallet of services to its partners (suppliers or resellers/SI).

EDUCATION


Upfront of the launch of a product, we educate and train a number of partner-resellers that will be responsible for the installation and after-sales maintenance.  These reseller/SI are involved as from the very early beginning on of the product-launch in the market.

CANVASSING


Together with the supplier we define a well determined target-group of end-users, which are being contacted individually by Optima and brought in contact with the reseller/SI that handle the consecutive trajectory , always backed up by optima and/or the supplier.

AWARENESS


By means of scalable marketing-initiatives we try to constantly have our products in the focus of the end-users and reseller/SI’s in order to elaborate a growing market- awareness and penetration.
Examples of initiatives we organize together with our partners and reseller/SI:

      Optiminars:small local road shows with a well defined theme and related target group.
      E-mailings: product-updates, promotions or information on new products are communicated on a regular basis to the market.
      Mailings: transfer of very dedicated information to a very dedicated functional group within the target-group and with a ‘call for action’

ADDED VALUE


Optima Networks focuses on a thorough in-depth knowledge of the products it carries in the portfolio, and is willing at all time to transfer this knowledge and experience to its reseller/SI that want to distinguish themselves from other resellers.

INTERFACING


In order to offer the most suitable solution to a customer (RFP-driven or not) Optima Networks will always be the neutral but technically appropriate interface between the end-user and/or reseller/SI at the one hand, and the supplier at the other hand.  An smooth communication (without technical interference or ‘noise’) is indispensable for elaborating a solution that is satisfying for all parties concerned.

SITE SURVEY


In order to gain a maximum of suitable information, Optima Networks insists on helping with, or on organizing a well prepared site survey.  The report of this site survey can be used as an undisputable basis for a full , trustworthy and committing proposal.
