Requesting Support

To request support, you can visit our support portal.
If you haven't created an account yet, you can also contact us via support@optimanetworks.be
With an account, you can view the request overview of your organization, as well as the status of each request.

For urgent support, you can also contact our technical department by phone during office hours.

Reporting a Defective Product

To ensure that the RMA process proceeds as smoothly and efficiently as possible, we ask you to follow the procedure below carefully.
Please submit a separate request for each individual product you wish to report.

Create a ticket in our support portal, or send us an email via support@optimanetworks.be, and provide the following information:

  • The serial number of the product
  • The invoice number of the relevant purchase
  • A clear and complete description of the defect
  • A summary of the steps already taken to remedy the defect

Wait to send the product until our staff instructs you to do so and provides you with the necessary information.
Our staff may request additional information or ask you to perform certain actions.
This is to assess whether a defect can be resolved more quickly remotely.

Once the product has arrived with us, we will send you a confirmation, after which the product will be processed as soon as possible.

If necessary, our technical department staff will contact you regarding the status of the product.
