Registering a product

When an experiencing an issue with a product and you wish for us to investigate it, please first fill out and send us the RMA-form.
Our team will process your request as soon as possible and usually you may expect a response within 24 hours during the week.

 

Some tips for the quick processing of your request

Describe the observed issue as detailed as possible
Below you may find some self-check questions to assist with this:

  • How was the issue first noticed?
  • When was the issue first noticed?
  • Which software- and/or firmware-version is currently installed on the product?
  • What steps have you already tried to attempt to solve the issue?

Provide the order- and/or invoice-number for the product you wish to register
This way we immediately have all relevant information available to process your request.

Do not ship the product to us before an RMA-reference was provided
This ensures that the request can be processed and followed up as efficiently as possible.
